Registration

Products can be browsed without registering. The ordering of products however requires registration with the Pehmopeput- web shop. Registration is free of charge.

Registration happens by pressing the “entry” text, at the top of the page. Following this, press the “continue” text button. Type your contact information into the registration form. Information that is compulsory for registration is: name, email address, delivery address and phone number. The information entered is only used for the handling of orders and is not divulged to a third party.  During registration, a customer newsletter can be subscribed to that is delivered by email about once per month.  The newsletter informs amongst others new products, offers and current events. The customer newsletter can, if desired, be later unsubscribed.

On the same registration form, you must choose your own personal password. The password should be recorded somewhere, as it is always required when signing into the Pehmopeput web shop. Ensure that the password does not fall into the possession of an outsider, as you yourself are responsible for its use. In the event that the password is forgotten, press the “forgotten your password?” text in the “enter” section. A new password will then be sent to your email address.  After this, entry occurs using the new password. The password may be changed in the “own information” section. 

The benefits of registration

1. The continuation address information is ready and entry inside the pages occurs with your own personal code. The making of purchases is quick and easy!

2. In the section “own information”, earlier orders can be browsed, information changed and the password changed. Several addresses can be added to the address information. In this way you can for example, send a present direct to a friend or your own order to your grandmothers or a holiday residence.

3. During registration, a customer newsletter can be subscribed to whereupon you will be one of the first to receive information on new products and offers.

4. Upon entering the Pehmopeput web shop, you can add products to your own shopping basket. If the shopping is cut off (phone call, family interruption etc) you can leave the computer and continue later. The earlier products that were added to the shopping trolley will remain there and you can continue where you left off.

5. As a registered user, product evaluations can be placed on the presentation pages of the products.

Ordering

Upon registration as a customer, purchases can be made in the web shop. Move to the desired product’s presentation page.  Choose the desired colour/size and press the “move to shopping trolley”-button, after which the contents of the shopping basket will be seen. Chosen products can be removed from the basket by pressing the nearby square, after which press the “update shopping basket” button. The number of the products can be changed by changing the number of items in the “amount”-box and pressing the “update shopping basket”. When all the desired products and amounts have been added to the shopping basket, press the “to the cashier” button. At the cashier, choose first the delivery address and after it the method of delivery (press the correct delivery method and ensure that the green ball moves to the chosen delivery method section). After this, press the “continue” button.

The method of payment is chosen by pressing the desired option. Orders can be paid direct from the accounts of Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo bank, Local cooperative banks or saving banks by using your own personal bank codes (codes are received from your own bank).

For payments by credit card, choose the Paypal-option. A Paypal account can be created free of charge at the address https://www.paypal.com.  Payment of orders is also possible as cash on delivery (payment is made to the post office upon collection of the order).  In addition to the price of the order, a cash on delivery payment of 3.70 euros is charged by the post office for this service. Possible codes for coupons/ vouchers are to be entered into the reserved box, followed by the pressing of the “continue” button.

Finally check that all the information is correct in the order confirmation. If required, the entered information can still be changed.  When all the ordered products, delivery address, delivery method and payment method are correct, press the “order confirmation”-button. In so far as a method, other than the cash on delivery method, has been chosen, you will be directed straight to the chosen bank’s pages. The payment takes place, after which you will return back to the web shop by pressing the ” return back”  text on the bank’s page, immediately after payment.  After this, the purchase is registered to the web shop.  Information of the delivery stages of the order will be subsequently sent by email.
