Terms of delivery and payment
Products are despatched for post within about 1-4 days of the placement of the order. Possible exceptions to the delivery timetable (i.e. holiday times) are announced separately.
Service fees are collected, in accordance to the choice of the delivery alternatives

For cash on delivery orders, additional handling charges are added by the post office in accordance with valid price lists regarding cash on delivery payments.
Collection service fees are not collected.
Value added tax, at 22%, is included in the total cost of the product.
In so far as products are not in stock or products cannot independently of Pehmopeput be delivered, information on the hindrance to the delivery and the estimated delivery time will be immediately informed to the customer. If desired, the order can then be cancelled.
Pehmopeput can also deliver products abroad. Deliveries out with the European Union may incur national customs- tax- and other costs for which the customer will be separately responsible.
The usable payment options (Nordea’s Solo, Osuuspankki’s Kultaraha, Sampo bank’s internet payments, Savings- and Local cooperative banks’s Sp/Pop-payments plus the international credit card payment PayPal) are unquestionably protected (SSL protected connection) and safe to use.
Cancellation of the order
In so far as the customer decides to cancel the order and the order has not been conducted, the order may be cancelled by sending an email to info@pehmopeput.fi or by filling out the contact form. In the event that the product has already been delivered, the product can be returned according to the guides regarding returns.
The right to exchange or return the product
The products carry an exchange or return right, valid for up to 14 days. The product must be unused, unwashed, in the original sales condition and in the original sales package with the instructions. The customer should check that the product is the (correct size, colour etc) before using.
In the event that the customer decides to return the product, they must notify their bank account number so that the payment can be returned. The customer pays the postal costs of the return. Pehmopeput will refund the paid product price and the postal costs immediately, once the returned product has arrived at Pehmpeput and the product has been deemed in an exchangeable or returnable condition.
Postal costs are refunded on the basis of current valid postal cost tables, in regards to the most favourable delivery choices. You can enquire about the most favourable delivery choices and return instructions by email or with the contact form.

In so far as the customer wishes to change a product for exchange, please follow the above guide. New orders for products are to be made through the web shop. The new orders incur the normal handling charges.
